الشروط والأحكام

مرحبًا بك في متجر سحر الزيوت (Oils Magic) على الموقع الرسمي oilsmagic-egy.com. باستخدامك للموقع وإتمام أي طلب من خلاله، فإنك توافق على الشروط والأحكام التالية.

1. الطلبات والشراء من المتجر

  • يمكنك اختيار المنتجات المطلوبة وإضافتها إلى سلة التسوق واستكمال خطوات الطلب من خلال الموقع الرسمي.
  • قد يتم التواصل معك عند الحاجة لتأكيد بيانات الطلب أو التوصيل.

2. الأسعار وطرق الدفع

  • يتم احتساب الطلب بالأسعار المعروضة على الموقع وقت إتمام الطلب.
  • طرق الدفع المتاحة: الدفع عند الاستلام (Cash on Delivery)، أو الدفع عن طريق InstaPay.

3. التوصيل واستلام الطلبات

  • التوصيل متاح لجميع محافظات جمهورية مصر العربية.
  • مدة التوصيل: القاهرة والجيزة خلال 3 أيام، وباقي محافظات الجمهورية خلال 5 أيام.

4. الاسترجاع والاستبدال

  • يمكن طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام المنتج، وفقًا لشروط سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال المنشورة على الموقع.

5. مسؤولية العميل عن صحة البيانات

  • يتحمل العميل مسؤولية إدخال بيانات صحيحة وكاملة (الاسم، رقم الهاتف، العنوان) لضمان استلام الطلب.

  • We may contact you when needed to confirm your order or delivery details.

2. Prices and payment methods

  • Orders are charged at the prices shown on the website at the time the order is placed.
  • Available payment methods: Cash on Delivery or InstaPay.

3. Delivery and receiving orders

  • Delivery is available across all governorates in Egypt.
  • Delivery time: Cairo & Giza within 3 days; other governorates within 5 days.

4. Returns and exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Customer responsibility for accurate information
